In July 2008, Art & Negative Graphics, Inc. became FSC Forest Stewardship Council, SFI Sustainable Forestry Initiative, and PEFC Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification certified. These organizations promote environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial, and economically viable management of the world's forests. These certifications ensure our customers that all paper registered under these classifications comes from responsibly managed forests. Waste solvent recycling is also a must. At Art & Negative, our waste solvent is sent to a certified handler and recycler of chemicals. This ensures that none of our waste makes its way into our ecosystem. We also recycle all paper used at our facility. From the front office to shipping, every scrap of paper is recycled. Every week an entire truck load is recycled by Art & Negative.
