At Art & Negative Graphics, Inc. we understand security. We have
to. Work from our clients falls under the HIPAA Act of 1996, so
we have to protect the personal data we receive every day. We do
this with three different levels of security.
First is our Intrusion Detection System. When we aren't here, our
alarm system is. The company officers are notified of any after
hours activity in our facility. Visitor access is only granted
by an employee working within our facility. Also, the area that
houses our personal data is a second level entry area where only
a few select employees have access. Third is our CCTV video surveillance
system. All areas of our facility are under video surveillance
24 hours a day and 7 days a week. These cameras are recorded on
a DVR system.
Together, these systems provide our customers with the benefit
of knowing that the information they have entrusted to Art & Negative
remains in the strictest confidence.
